Esperanza Internacional was born in 1995 under the vision of MLB player Dave Valle, a bold initiative that established the foundation upon which we continue building today. With 30 years of history, we are honored by our commitment to serve communities. As our members’ needs evolved, we continuously adapted to provide financial and non-financial services that equip and empower.
2005
In 2005, Esperanza signed a strategic alliance with HOPE International, an organization present in 27 countries and 9 regions worldwide.
2023
In 2023, after 17 years of partnership, HOPE International and Esperanza Internacional reached an integration agreement, through which Esperanza becomes an official program of HOPE International, laying the foundation to collaborate more deeply and continue serving families in the Dominican Republic.
