Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic | February 2026 — Asociación Esperanza Internacional announced that its Board Chairman, Jesse Casler, has been designated President of HOPE International, assuming leadership of the organization’s global network focused on advancing financial inclusion and economic development in underserved communities across more than 20 countries.
The selection follows a comprehensive international recruitment process that attracted more than 70 candidates worldwide, reflecting HOPE’s commitment to strong governance, transparency, and leadership excellence. Casler previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he played a key role in strengthening institutional systems, expanding operational capacity, and scaling social impact.

In his role as President, Casler will oversee global operations, including programs, finance, technology, and strategy, with a focus on institutional resilience, innovation, and responsible expansion. His leadership will support HOPE’s continued efforts to strengthen the global microfinance ecosystem and deliver sustainable economic opportunities for vulnerable families.
Peter Greer will continue as Chief Executive Officer, concentrating on external engagement, strategic partnerships, and global positioning.
